GO FOR PAR | FACILITY POLICY & LIABILITY WAIVER
By booking or entering Go For Par, customers acknowledge and agree to the following
terms and conditions.
1. Private & Unattended Facility
Go For Par operates as a private, self-service golf simulator facility. Customers
acknowledge that on-site staff supervision may not be available during their reservation
and agree to use the premises and equipment responsibly and at their own risk.
2. Food & Beverages
Outside food and beverages are permitted. Customers are solely responsible for the food
and beverages they bring onto the premises. Go For Par is not responsible for the quality,
safety, or effects of outside food or beverages. Customers must comply with all applicable
laws and maintain a clean facility.
Go For Par offers snacks and beverages for purchase through a self-service checkout
system located in the lobby. All items must be paid for in full before consumption or
removal from the premises. Taking merchandise without payment is strictly prohibited.
3. Property Damage
Customers are responsible for damage to the facility, equipment, furnishings, or other
property resulting from their negligence, misuse, or intentional acts, including those of their
guests. Go For Par reserves the right to seek reimbursement for reasonable repair or
replacement costs.
4. Reservation Times & Overstay Fees
Customers must leave the facility by the end of their scheduled reservation. Staying
beyond the reserved time without approval may result in additional charges at twice the
normal booking rate, with a minimum fee of $50. Additional time must be booked in
advance and is subject to availability.
5. Golf Balls & Equipment
Only golf balls provided or expressly approved by Go For Par may be used. Personal,
colored, marked, dirty, or damaged golf balls are prohibited unless specifically approved by
management. Customers must use all simulator equipment as intended and must not
move, disconnect, or modify cameras, sensors, computers, or other equipment.
6. Guest Responsibility
The individual making the reservation is responsible for ensuring that all accompanying
guests comply with facility policies. Minors must have parent or guardian permission to
attend facility.
7. Safety & Conduct
Customers must maintain a safe distance from anyone swinging a golf club and ensure the
hitting area is clear before each swing. Reckless behavior, misuse of equipment, smoking,
vaping, and illegal activity are prohibited. Go For Par reserves the right to terminate a
session without refund for violations of facility rules.
8. Cleanliness & Reporting Damage
Customers must dispose of trash, clean up spills, and leave the facility in reasonable
condition. Any damage, malfunction, or unsafe condition must be reported to management
promptly. Customers must discontinue use of equipment that appears damaged or unsafe.
9. Security Monitoring
For safety, security, and property protection, Go For Par utilizes video surveillance
throughout designated areas of the facility. By entering the premises, customers
acknowledge and consent to such monitoring and recording, subject to applicable law.
10. Assumption of Risk & Liability
Customers acknowledge that indoor golf involves inherent risks, including injuries from
swinging clubs, moving golf balls, equipment, and other participants. By entering and using
the facility, customers voluntarily assume the inherent risks associated with participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable New York law, customers agree to release Go
For Par, its owners, employees, and representatives from claims arising from the inherent
risks of participation. Nothing in this agreement is intended to waive liability that cannot
lawfully be waived, including liability for negligence where prohibited by law.
11. Emergencies
In the event of injury, fire, or another emergency, customers must immediately stop play
and contact 911 when appropriate. Customers must promptly notify Go For Par of any
incident involving injury or property damage.
12. Acknowledgment & Agreement
By checking the acknowledgment box during booking, the customer confirms that they
have read, understood, and agreed to this Facility Policy & Liability Waiver and will
communicate the applicable facility rules to all accompanying guests.
